How do you mean kazu. Like one person does that, and another does this. While someone else does those things, in the mean time someone supervises. Also does the Watch'e have to supply to the Do'r with the Supplies needed for what is to be done?

To keep it simple.
I think adding 3rd captain, event advisor, and treasurer is needed. Mainly to organize and to have as backup. Of course, the leader makes the discisions.. but if he's not available or too busy, other ppl can help out.
